My pre-order from Best Buy arrived the other day. All that was in the package was a flat box. Nothing else. The bonus package was not online when I ordered. The NF box has a sticker that says "Pre-Order Box". So, I take it from reading this thread, that this is not the bonus package. All this gets me is $10 off the purchase of the game.

One can always hope. We were also charged $10 for each one we got and told that it didn't count off of our purchase that it was being sold as like a seperate game. Might as well have just gone ahead and purchased the character slot ingame for that o_O

God i love Gamestop and it's dumb employees! Lady, you should try and preorder from there cuz they giving out the preorder bonus pack for free.. i think.

Well we checked gamestop and they didn't have any, said they wouldn't be getting any either o_O

We got ours from EBGames in the Mall, go fig they can't read a box!

Any one of you got into the deal a few weeks back at outpost.com where you get nightfall plus bonus pack for $40? The pre-release pack is still 'backordered'. Anybody got it shipped yet? Thanks.

I ordered the CE with bonus pack from outpost.com last month, and the order status is still backordered. I received an email from outpost.com saying that they didn't have a definite ship date and asking me if I still would like to keep the order active. I really have no idea if they would eventually get the bonus pack or not.

My pre-order arrived from Best Buy today, it was the bonus package. I just added the bonus key and got to use some of the bonus items too (I thought they were disabled until Nightfall?). It is free with pre-order of Nightfall collectors or normal editions (free shipping on bonus pack too).

I find myself with 3 maybe 5 unopened PreOrder Boxes is there any way that I can resell these items to players that cannot obtain them?
I even have leftover Prophecies and Faction Preorder Boxes <Sigh>

^All you can do is give they serial keys to your friends. Selling the keys for ingame money is technically against the rules; plus you probablly wouldn't get much even if you could find a buyer.

Just got an email from a Finnish retailer saying that game is propably shipping to customers next week because they haven't heard anything about the Nightfall yet. Any other Scandinavian having problems or know perhaps an online store around here parts that actually might have the game already? Same happened with Factions.

Since this appears to be the thread for keys -- BEFORE I go harassing tech support -- did anyone else get the following issue?

I just received my collectors edition of nightfall + bonus pack. I have already successfully entered retail and bonus item keys. However there is a key here that says "Bonus Music Key".

The problem i am having is it is only three sets of characters, not five, so the client will not accept it as it thinks it's only a partial key.

Anyone else having this issue or know how to handle it before I start emailing support with something possibly my fault?

Actions taken:

Attempted to enter key - because it is partial key "NEXT" never activates
Read the NC Play FAQ - no references to such a key
Visited directsong.com - no Nightfall music even exists on that site.

Hope I can find an answer here as i know if I have to go through support it'll be a few days . . . .

I have the same exact issue. Bought my copy from Best Buy in San Carlos, CA. No access key in the box!! I emailed NCSoft with the problem and I'm going to try to exchange at Best Buy but I doubt it will work.
